Botulinum toxin (better known as botox) is the substance we use in aesthetic medicine for the treatment and prevention of dynamic wrinkles. These are the expression lines or wrinkles that form on the face as a result of repeated muscle movement. Specifically, we apply Botox between the eyebrows, on the forehead and on the crow's feet, that is, in the upper third of the face.

First we will clean and disinfect the area to be treated, then we will apply topical anesthesia and proceed to infiltrate the product with a very fine needle. The objective of the treatment is not only to eliminate wrinkles and achieve a more youthful appearance, but also to achieve a kinder, more relaxed, harmonious face and with an improvement in the quality of the skin.
The treatment lasts approximately 10 minutes and the patient can lead a normal life immediately after its completion.
We must wait a minimum of 5 to 7 days to begin to notice how our wrinkles disappear when gesturing and up to two weeks to see the final result.
After this period, the result lasts approximately 4 to 6 months.
